Each year Christian Rock Legends inducts seven artists and contributors in our Circle of Honor. These artists are broken up into four categories: two from the First Wave of Christian Rock (the70's), two from the Second Wave (80's) and two from the Third Wave (90's), as well as one contributor, such as a producer.

In order for a band to be eligible, they must have started at least ten years ago ( i.e., 1997 for this year's ceremony) and they must be widely acknowledged as a Christian rock band/artist. ten nominees in each category are selected, nine by Christian Rock Legends members and one by our staff.
