I heard BOP at ReignRadio and liked their sound (a lot). Then i visited their site but could not find anything that looked like a christian band. When i read the lead singer bio it did not look like a christian band to me. Could anyone help me out.

Balance of Power are NOT a Christian band. However, Lance King (a Christian) was their vocalist for three CDs (Book of Secrets, Ten More Tales of Grand Illusion, and Perfect balance) and so those have more spiritual sounding lyrics. Lance has continued to record with both Christian and secular bands for the past few years, and is one amazing vocalist. Check out bands like Pyramaze and Shining Star. He also runs Nightmare Records, which release some amazing music.

Yeah, I don't think Lance is the singer anymore.. probably why RR isn't playing any of the newer albums.
