Dude!! I CAN NOT STAND socalled "emotional" bands with "good messages" and "real fealing" in their music. I'm not saying they are not true emotions, all I'm saying is that I DON'T CARE IF YOUR GIRLFRIEND BROK UP WITH YOU FOR THE SEVENTEENTH TIME just stop whining to me about it and make some happy fun non-sense lyrics that i can't sing because I'm laughing too hard to even stand up. Those kind of lyrics are the most awesome lyric that nobody makes any more because all these "depressed" teens are making bands that don't care about having fun, they care about "venting". It's so bland now, it was kind cute when boy band started up, but now I really just don't care any more.

Does anybody feal the same, if so then good for you. Sorry for the randome ranting. I'm done now. B)  B)

AMEN! I am so tired of all the whining, too. I guess everyone has their own taste
but I like music with guts!(a sense of humor once in a while is good, too) That is
why I like bands like Bride and especially Living Sacrifice. No whining from those guys.
They tell it like it is. I have Reborn from LS and the message is brutally honest and
to the point: Christ is the only way and If you don't like it, too bad. The life of a Christian
is not for wimps or whiners. It is tough and we face trials everyday. That is what makes
us strong.                       God Bless

"reborn empowered, all strongholds broken, old ways have died, given new life, boldness engulfs my every word, strength empowered by God   Jesus, the strength in Christ's name.

Dude!! I thought I was the only one that felt this way, i guess nothings new under the sun. I totally need a LS and bride album. Those are the bands I can look up to. Yup thats what the world needs, some actual Hard To The Core Christian bands and goofy DEVO-ish christian bands

If you go to Bride's web site you can download "More Than Human" for free.
That song totally rocks! I ended up ordering the cd "This Is It." Good stuff.
Living Sacrifice's Reborn and In Memorium are just full of filthy guitarwork!
If you like hardcore stuff, that's the way to go. If you want some goofy off the
wall stuff, check out Daniel Amos. It's old but it's some of the coolest, trippiest
Christian music ever. Doppelganger and Darnfloor Big Bite, get listened to quite
often in my home. I admit, I like a lot of the old Christian punk and new wave.
Altar Boys and Undercover cds are right next to my Living Sacrifice and Zao cds
in my case!  GB

"just look at what they're teaching in our schools, today, evolution's a fact and
              creation's a dream    well I question it! "      Altar Boys-I Question It
"hay and stubble will burn away, God remains, my spirit cries out to you God
to live is Christ, to die gain"                                Living Sacrifice-Sellout

I saw an interview with Nineteen88 that said that they are not a Christian group, but are a group with Christians in it.  thanks any way.

I would like to thank badman for his list of groups and was wondering if  you know of any sites with:Daniel Amos, Doppelganger, Darnfloor Big Bite, and Altar Boys and Undercover music on them.

                     thanks much
